TEAM LEAD MATERIAL MASTER DATA

Basic Purpose:

The Material Master Data Team Lead primary responsibility involves leading the Material Master Data maintenance activities in order to ensure accurate and useful information of materials to support operations.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum S1 in Technical or Management,

• Preferably with 3-5 years extended experiences in the similar fields support and/or warehouse and materials functions,

• Hard competency:
o Fundamentals of SCM (Concept, standard, practices & procedures),
o COPI Policies & Procedures/Process,
o Government law , regulations and system in SCM area,
o HSE knowledge in SCM field,
o Knowledge in oil & gas material & operation,
o Enterprise Resources Planning / ERP (SAP),
o Performance Management System,
o Inventory, warehouse & distribution system & modules (SAP),
o Oil & Gas material specification,
o Material coding knowledge (KIMAP, Mastercode, etc.),
o BPMIGAS PTK 007 regulations.
