We immediately require suitable candidates to fill the following position:


HR Supervisor (HRS) (Job Location: DURI-RIAU Area)

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Law/Management from reputable university
* Min. 2 years supervisory level experience in Human Resources area (Generalist)
* Excellent knowledge in Compensation Benefit, Labor Regulation, Labor Law and Industrial Relation (especially in Duri/ Riau area)
* Strong leadership, good interpersonal and effective communication skill
* Computer literate
* Fluent in English both spoken and written
* Willing to work in Duri-Riau area


Responsibilities:

* Provide HR Support
* Ensure the smooth running of day to day HR duty, perform general administrative & HR duties, organize all of the administrative activities.
